Free Shipping – Delivery time 1–3 weeks.
When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a link to track it.

If the order is shipped from our overseas warehouse, you may also have to pay an import fee. Any import and customs duties are paid by the customer, as this is a private import. Ryzon of Sweden cannot control or be responsible for these costs.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving your parcel.

The customer covers the return shipping. Contact us at shangte001@gmail.com for the return address.

Refunds are issued within 14 days. If you paid via Klarna, you can report the return and pause the payment during the return process.

Items returned in undamaged condition are refunded at full value. If the item has been handled to such an extent that it has decreased in value, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the assessed loss in value.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE

What happens if you don’t collect the package from the pickup point?

Your package normally remains at the pickup point for 7 days after arrival. If you do not collect it, it may be sent back to the postal hub in Malmö where it needs to be resent or is destroyed.

The package will then be registered as “not collected” and we will charge you a fee of SEK 100. The remaining order value will be refunded to you in the same way you paid at purchase. If you have changed your mind after ordering, you must accept delivery and then return the package to avoid it being registered as “not collected.”
